PERCY. The armorer at the Chaplains' Assistants School at Fort Wadsworth. Percy was in charge of access to the armory at the School. When members of the suspended Joe team tried to arm themselves to defend against a Cobra attack on the Pit, Percy tried to stop them. Flint threatened him at first, but Roadblock said he didn't need to threaten Percy, and just tore the armory's door off its hinges.(GI 53)
