EMIL. A member of a group of Sierra Gordan terrorists known as the Menshevikistas. The group threatened to blow up the Cobra Consulate in New York if Cobra did not withdraw its support of Sierra Gordo's current government. Emil and the other surviving terrorists failed and were arrested. Their current status is unknown.
