JESUS DELACRUZ. The current president of the nation of Sierra Gordo, Delacruz was elected in 1998 after the end of the country's years of civil war. He made a deal with Joe team member Duke to help arrest Destro when he tried to set up arms manufacturing bases in Sierra Gordo.(GIv2 28, 29, 30)
